MENU

The cuisine of our restaurant is based on fish and seafood. You can taste the gifts of the sea both in its pure form and cooked dishes with them. We are sure that most of our guests will learn about the existence of such sea delicacies for the first time, but it is worth trying. Chef Dmitry is heading for Mediterranean gastronomy, but the flagship of our restaurant is Sakhalin cuisine. We offer dishes from sea smelt and wild salmon, halibut and cod, flounder and sea ruff, octopus and trumpeter.

In the «Fish of my dreams» remember about meat eaters, cook quail with spinach and pumpkin puree, wild boar with spelt and mashed red cabbage,
venison with wild rice and oyster mushrooms.

Well, from the delicious desserts will not refuse anyone! We offer chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, fruit sorbet.
